We absolutely love the environment here!!! The property is always clean and smells like a hotel. We actually feel like we are living in a resort. Staff is professional and kind. Love that they stay on top of rule breakers and care that the community is well taken care of.

I love it so far! It’s my first time living in an apartment complex, been having a great time. There’s always something to do. I’ve always find myself doing something different on the building and can’t deny that I’m impressed by the amount of events that happens in downtown. I never get bored and enjoy it!

I linked the apartment complex and the facilities. The staff is helpful. Unfortunately, I don't feel the Solis company is. We have had several bikes stolen from the bike cages. No one from the company has reached out to me. The defect in the cages that allowed the bikes to be stolen has not been corrected.

It’s been great. No complaints. Smooth moving and using our keys. I have had no major issues at all. I love living at Solis. The amenities are great. The elevator was a bit confusing at first but I’ve got the hang of it now.

Pretty great the building is always clean and the neighbors are very nice. The staff is amazing and very helpful when needed. Only this is elevators randomly acting up but that’s a technical issue and nothing to do with the facility itself.

The property manager Kyle is the best! Kyle is the true MVP, extremely professional while displaying the most outstanding attitude. I would recommend everyone to come over to Solis Sugar Hill and meet with Kyle the property manager, you will not regret it.

I recently moved in to Solis, and I am very happy thus far! The complex is so cute, and I love how close it is to the E Center. The newness of the building is still pretty evident in that there are definitely kinks left to be sorted out, but the staff is very kind and seems to truly do everything they can to help.

Everyone is so nice at Solis Sugar Hill. You are always greeted with a smile. It is super clean and always smells so good. The area is very nice. I can’t wait til Spring to hang out on the on the rooftop.

Everyone was so helpful with getting us moved in quickly. It’s very clean, quit, fellow residents are great! I do wish some things were going more smoothly with some move-in aspects because but it’ll get figured out.
