The property manager Kyle is the best! Kyle is the true MVP, extremely professional while displaying the most outstanding attitude. I would recommend everyone to come over to Solis Sugar Hill and meet with Kyle the property manager, you will not regret it.

I recently moved in to Solis, and I am very happy thus far! The complex is so cute, and I love how close it is to the E Center. The newness of the building is still pretty evident in that there are definitely kinks left to be sorted out, but the staff is very kind and seems to truly do everything they can to help.

It’s a great atmosphere here! Kyle runs a tight ship to keep it all running very smoothly around the SOLIS! The monthly social events are Extra Fun & a great way to meet your neighbors too! I really enjoy living at the SOLIS!

Everyone is so nice at Solis Sugar Hill. You are always greeted with a smile. It is super clean and always smells so good. The area is very nice. I can’t wait til Spring to hang out on the on the rooftop.

Everyone was so helpful with getting us moved in quickly. It’s very clean, quit, fellow residents are great! I do wish some things were going more smoothly with some move-in aspects because but it’ll get figured out. Kyle is literal life super chill great vibes She’s like a leasing bestie 😂 hopefully things continue to be great greystar teams never disappoint so we’re excited for our stay here.
